Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle......YOUR PATH!  A stand alone program or weightlifting can be incorporated in a strength building portion of someone's path.

Memorial Day "MURPH" WOD

In case you’re unfamiliar, “Murph” is a classic Hero workout. Hero WOD’s are made to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. The Path Gym is honored to host this session and it is open to the public! Just make reservations with us and let us know if you want a tshirt! Workout is.... Murph

1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
*With a 20 lb Vest or Body Armor if desired

Movements can be scaled to meet all fitness levels.
